Membership Commitments
We are delighted that you made the decision to join our church family. Membership requirement carries three basic commitments:
1. Committed to Worship. I will attend the worship services regularly in person or online in case of distance or mobility limitations.
2. Committed to Service. I will give tithes and offerings to God regularly, and will support church mission and ministries in building people of God, both near and far.
3. Commited to Holiness. I will conduct myself in a manner worthy of Christ to live a godly life and will submit to church discipline in times of correction.
Accepting the commitments stated above, I hereby make application for membership at First Faith Church. I understand that completion of this application without a membership class and/or receiving an email confirmation does not constitute formal membership.
